Ramona LaVallie, General Manager, has over 20 years experience in leadership positions including operations management, staff training and human resources. She attained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kennedy-Western University, Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Sherry Beston, Program Manager, serves as the program manager at Chippewa Tribal Industries. Her background includes over two decades of experience in a variety of roles with UniBand, a leading information technology company located in Belcourt, ND. She attained a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Mary, Bismarck, ND.
